These Partner / Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Partner Terms”) govern the relationship between GetOnDeal Private Limited (“GetOnDeal”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and businesses, establishments, service providers and other entities that list, promote or provide offers, products, services or experiences through GetOnDeal (“Partner”, “Vendor”, “you” or “your”).
By submitting a partnership request, accepting onboarding, providing business information, approving an offer, allowing a listing to go live or otherwise participating as a Partner on GetOnDeal, you agree to these Partner Terms.

1. Partner Eligibility
A Partner must:
- Operate a legitimate business or service.
- Have the necessary licences, registrations and permissions applicable to its business.
- Have authority to enter into the partnership.
- Provide accurate business information.
- Provide lawful products and services.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
GetOnDeal may request documents or information reasonably necessary for verification.
2. Partner Onboarding
During onboarding, the Partner may be required to provide information including:
- Business name
- Business address
- Contact details
- Category
- Operating hours
- Website/social media details
- Business registration information where applicable
- GST information where applicable
- Bank/payment details where required
- Offer details
- Photographs and promotional material
- Other information reasonably required by GetOnDeal
The Partner is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.
3. Listing on GetOnDeal
GetOnDeal may create and publish a Partner listing based on information supplied by the Partner.
A listing may contain:
- Business name
- Location
- Images
- Description
- Products/services
- Operating hours
- Contact information
- Offers
- Pricing information
- Other relevant promotional information
GetOnDeal may edit content for formatting, clarity, consistency and Platform requirements, provided that such edits do not intentionally misrepresent the Partner's approved information.
4. No Upfront Listing Fee
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GetOnDeal's standard Partner onboarding model does not require an upfront listing fee.
The Partner will not be charged merely for submitting a listing or being onboarded under the standard model.
Commercial fees may become applicable when a customer transaction or qualifying referral occurs, as described in the applicable commercial terms.
5. Partner Fee / Commission
Under GetOnDeal's standard commercial model, the Partner is not required to pay an upfront listing fee.
Where a GetOnDeal-referred customer completes a qualifying transaction, GetOnDeal may charge the applicable referral/platform fee agreed with the Partner.
Unless a different commercial arrangement has been agreed in writing, the standard fee may be up to ₹50 per qualifying referred customer transaction.
The exact applicable fee, qualifying transaction criteria and settlement mechanism may be communicated during onboarding, in the Partner's commercial terms or through an approved written communication.
Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the agreed commercial arrangement.
6. Customer Billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Partner remains responsible for billing the customer for the products or services supplied at the Partner Venue.
The Partner must provide appropriate bills/invoices or other transaction records where required by applicable law.
GetOnDeal's applicable fee may be calculated based on qualifying customer transactions attributable to GetOnDeal.
7. Settlement
Where applicable, GetOnDeal may reconcile qualifying transactions with the Partner periodically.
The reconciliation may include:
- Customer transaction details
- Applicable GetOnDeal fee
- Adjustments
- Disputed transactions
- Reversals
- Refunds
- Other agreed commercial adjustments
The applicable settlement cycle will be communicated to the Partner.
The Partner must review transaction records and raise discrepancies within the applicable reconciliation period communicated by GetOnDeal.
8. Offer Creation
Partners may provide offers for publication on GetOnDeal.
The Partner must clearly provide:
- Offer value
- Discount/benefit
- Validity period
- Applicable days
- Applicable timings
- Minimum billing requirements
- Maximum discount, if any
- Applicable products/services
- Exclusions
- Redemption restrictions
- Booking requirements
- Other conditions
GetOnDeal may request clarification before publishing an offer.
9. Accuracy of Offers
The Partner is responsible for ensuring that its published offer is accurate and can be honoured during the stated validity period.
The Partner must not publish an offer that it does not intend or is unable to honour.
If an offer becomes unavailable, the Partner must promptly notify GetOnDeal.
10. Honouring GetOnDeal Offers
A Partner must honour a valid GetOnDeal offer in accordance with the published offer conditions.
A Partner must not arbitrarily reject a valid redemption where the customer meets the stated conditions.
The Partner may refuse a redemption where:
- The offer is expired.
- The offer conditions have not been met.
- The redemption is fraudulent.
- The redemption has already been used.
- The user is not eligible.
- The redemption violates the stated offer restrictions.
Any refusal should be based on the actual applicable offer conditions.
11. Redemption Verification
The Partner may verify:
- Customer identity
- Membership status
- Offer validity
- Redemption code
- Redemption status
- Other information reasonably required to validate the offer
The Partner must not request unnecessary personal information from the customer merely for redemption.
12. Partner Responsibilities
The Partner is responsible for:
- Maintaining its business operations.
- Providing the advertised products/services.
- Maintaining required licences and permissions.
- Maintaining applicable safety standards.
- Complying with applicable tax requirements.
- Complying with applicable consumer protection requirements.
- Maintaining accurate business information.
- Honouring valid GetOnDeal offers.
- Informing GetOnDeal about material changes.
- Handling venue-level customer service.
- Maintaining appropriate records of qualifying transactions.
13. Pricing
The Partner is responsible for ensuring that pricing information supplied to GetOnDeal is accurate.
If the Partner changes its pricing or offer conditions, it must notify GetOnDeal promptly.
GetOnDeal may temporarily suspend an offer or listing where the displayed information is materially inaccurate.
14. Business Information and Content
The Partner grants GetOnDeal permission to use business information, logos, photographs, videos, descriptions and promotional material supplied by the Partner for the purpose of:
- Listing the business.
- Promoting the Partner.
- Marketing GetOnDeal.
- Displaying offers.
- Advertising the partnership.
- Communicating the offer to GetOnDeal users.
The Partner represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide such material.
15. Intellectual Property
The Partner retains ownership of its trademarks, logos and proprietary content.
The Partner grants GetOnDeal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited licence to use approved Partner content for the purposes of operating and promoting the GetOnDeal Platform and the Partner's listing.
GetOnDeal's own trademarks, branding, software, designs and Platform content remain the property of GetOnDeal or its licensors.
16. Customer Complaints
The Partner is responsible for resolving complaints relating directly to:
- Food quality
- Product quality
- Service delivery
- Venue conditions
- Staff conduct
- Safety
- Facilities
- Availability
- Partner-side billing
- Other services directly provided by the Partner
GetOnDeal may assist in coordinating a resolution where the complaint relates to a GetOnDeal offer or booking.
17. Fraud and Misuse
Partners must not:
- Create fake transactions.
- Generate artificial redemptions.
- Manipulate billing to increase or avoid GetOnDeal fees.
- Misrepresent customer transactions.
- Share unauthorized redemption credentials.
- Create fraudulent customer accounts.
- Circumvent the GetOnDeal tracking or settlement process.
GetOnDeal may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and suspend affected listings or accounts.
18. Partner Data and Customer Information
A Partner may receive limited customer information where reasonably necessary to fulfil a booking, offer or service.
The Partner must:
- Use such information only for the relevant purpose.
- Protect the information from unauthorized access.
- Not sell or misuse customer information.
- Not use customer information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis or consent where required.
- Comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
19. Taxes and Regulatory Compliance
The Partner remains responsible for its own:
- Taxes
- GST obligations where applicable
- Licences
- Registrations
- Labour requirements
- Food and safety requirements
- Local permissions
- Industry-specific regulatory requirements
GetOnDeal does not provide tax or legal advice to Partners.
20. Suspension of Listing
GetOnDeal may suspend, hide or remove a Partner listing or offer where reasonably necessary due to:
- Fraud
- Misrepresentation
- Repeated customer complaints
- Failure to honour offers
- Materially inaccurate information
- Legal or regulatory concerns
- Safety concerns
- Repeated settlement discrepancies
- Breach of these Partner Terms
- Conduct that materially affects GetOnDeal users or Platform operations
Where reasonably practicable, GetOnDeal may communicate the reason for suspension.
21. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership subject to any separate written commercial agreement.
GetOnDeal may terminate or immediately suspend the partnership where there is:
- Fraudulent activity
- Serious breach of these Terms
- Illegal activity
- Repeated failure to honour offers
- Material misrepresentation
- Serious customer or safety concerns
Termination will not automatically cancel valid transactions or outstanding settlement obligations accrued before termination.
22. Effect of Termination
After termination:
- New redemptions may be stopped.
- The Partner listing may be removed.
- Existing qualifying transactions may still be reconciled.
- Outstanding amounts may remain payable.
- Promotional material may be removed within a reasonable operational period.
Where a customer has already purchased a valid service or booking before termination, the applicable transaction terms will continue to apply.
23. Partner Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the Partner agrees to indemnify GetOnDeal against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from:
- The Partner's products or services.
- Breach of applicable law.
- Lack of required licences.
- Misrepresentation.
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property.
- Food, product or service-related claims attributable to the Partner.
- Breach of these Partner Terms.
- Fraudulent activity by the Partner.
24. Limitation of GetOnDeal's Role
GetOnDeal operates as a platform connecting users with Partner Venues.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, GetOnDeal is not the manufacturer, owner, operator or direct provider of the Partner's products or services.
The Partner remains responsible for the products and services it provides to customers.
25. Confidentiality
Where commercially confidential information is exchanged between GetOnDeal and the Partner, each party should take reasonable steps to protect such information from unauthorized disclosure.
Confidential information does not include information that:
- Is publicly available.
- Was already lawfully known.
- Becomes public without breach.
- Is required to be disclosed by law.
26. Changes to Partner Terms
GetOnDeal may update these Partner Terms to reflect changes in its services, technology, commercial model or applicable law.
Material changes may be communicated to Partners through appropriate channels.
Continued participation after the effective date of updated terms may constitute acceptance where legally permissible.
27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any separate written agreement between GetOnDeal and the Partner, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
28. Entire Agreement
These Partner Terms, together with any separately agreed commercial terms, offer terms, onboarding documents or written partnership agreement, constitute the understanding between GetOnDeal and the Partner regarding participation on the Platform.
Where a separately signed commercial agreement contains terms that conflict with these Partner Terms, the signed commercial agreement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
